a few minor issues

friendly staff sri lankan breakfast small room tap water

The staff was friendly. Room service manager, mr indrajith, WAS especially helpful. the sri lankan breakfast was very good. the chef and staff were always friendly.

The rooms are small. there was NO complimentary water bottle. Most other hotels provide this as standard. only tap water in bottles was available. IT is not safe to drink.

The room was super clean and the daily room service made it so it seemed like a new start each day! Close proximity to shops helped me move around using a Tuk Tuk.

clean room efficient staff

The staff was very efficient and friendly. the room was very clean. i found it an excellent place to stay! the location is convenient. It is in the middle of everything.
